SEVEN-UP POUND CAKE


 
Ingredients:                        

                            
1 1/2 c Butter
3 c Sugar
5 Eggs
3 c Flour
3 tb Lemon extract
1/4 c 7-UP

Cooking Instructions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add in eggs, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour, extract and 7-UP.
3. Pour into greased 12-cup bundt pan. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour.
